Delivery Cost
At Scarlasupermarkert, orders of SGD $80 and above after discounts are eligible for free delivery.
For orders below SGD $80, a flat delivery fee of SGD $8 applies to islandwide delivery within mainland Singapore.
Please note that delivery to certain restricted or special areas, including Jurong Island and Tuas, may not be available or may be subject to additional arrangements.
Carpark & Entry Charges
Any unexpected carpark fees, entry charges, or related delivery access charges will be borne by the customer.
Examples may include:
- Private residence carparks without grace periods
- Non-negotiable per-entry carpark charges
- Delivery delays that exceed the carpark grace period
- Restricted access areas that require additional entry fees
If your delivery address is located in such an area, please inform us in advance if there is a charge-free loading or drop-off zone available for delivery.
Packaging
To ensure that our products reach you in the freshest possible condition, all items are prepared and packed on the day of delivery.
Our fresh items are vacuum packed unless otherwise stated, and delivered in styrofoam boxes or cooler bags with non-toxic ice packs to help maintain freshness during transit.
If you would like to recycle the styrofoam boxes, cooler bags, or ice packs, you may return them to the driver on your next purchase. Otherwise, you are welcome to reuse them in your own way.
Delivery Schedule
Scarlasupermarkert provides next-day delivery from Tuesday to Sunday, excluding Mondays.
Delivery time is from 12:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
To qualify for next-day delivery, orders must be placed by 10:00 p.m. the night before.
Orders placed after 10:00 p.m. may be scheduled for the next available delivery date.
