At Quan Shui Wet Market, we believe in letting the quality of our produce speak for itself, believing that natural flavours can be coaxed out of the very best that our local wet markets can offer.

Prepped every morning in small batches, Quan Shui uses only fresh - never frozen - proteins that have been marinated with our house blend of 100% natural ingredients that have no added MSG, preservatives or additives! These small-batch made marinated meats are sliced by hand, and go through stringent quality control checks to ensure every portion is hygienic, healthy, and tasty!

This year, we’re also introducing a new protein — 100% Antibiotics & Hormones-Free Grass-Fed Beef Rump from New Zealand! Tender, juicy and full of natural flavour, it’s the perfect addition to our popular Chicken and Pork marinades.

You can enjoy the very best of familiar local flavours that we’ve carefully created over many sessions of research and development! We set out with a goal of formulating easy-to-cook marinated meats for the time stretched home cook - that can be whipped up in 15 minutes or less and enjoyed with a warm bowl of rice (and a fried egg if you’re feeling fancy).
