Returns
At Scarlasupermarkert, we take pride in delivering fresh and high-quality perishable products. Due to the nature of our fresh produce and perishable items, returns are not available once the order has been delivered.
Refunds & Exchanges
All products listed on our website are subject to availability and freshness at the ports and markets on the day of delivery.
We carry out strict quality control checks on our fresh produce daily. Any product that does not meet our freshness and quality standards will be rejected and will not be delivered to you.
If an item becomes unavailable or does not pass our quality control checks, we will do our best to inform you as soon as possible. Items that are not delivered will be refunded to your original payment method.
Refund processing time:
- Credit card payments: 1–3 working days
- Manual payments, such as bank transfers or other manual payment methods: up to 7 working days
Alternatively, you may choose to exchange the unavailable item for another product, subject to availability.
If the replacement item is of lower value, the difference will be refunded.
If the replacement item is of higher value, a top-up payment will be required.
Damaged or Unsatisfactory Items
In the unfortunate event that you receive any item in unsatisfactory condition, please contact our customer service team on the same day of delivery and provide a clear photo of the product for review.
We aim to respond within 24 hours after receiving your notification. Once approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method according to the refund processing time stated above.
Your satisfaction is very important to us. However, please kindly note that Scarlasupermarkert will not be responsible for any deterioration in product quality after the day of delivery, as this may be caused by improper storage, handling, or other conditions beyond our control.
