Wild-Caught Balai Threadfin 午鱼
Our Wild-Caught Balai Threadfin, or commonly known as 'Ngor Her', is fished off the waters of Tanjung Balai, just 60km away from Singapore!
There are two types of Ngor Her. The economical version (known simply as Ngor Her) has a black and white pattern in their skin), whilst the premium version that we sell (known as Balai Ngor or Balai Threadfin) has a distinct golden tingle on top of its usual black and white pattern!
We now offer three different preparation methods! A classic fillet, sliced (5-8cm) for soups, or a convenient bite sized (3-4cm) child cut!
