Our GG™ AnXin Whole Spring Chicken 整只鸡 is Certified Organic, 100% Hormones, Antibiotics, and Chlorine Free!
They are free-roaming and at no time caged up. The chickens are fed a mixture of vegetarian feed and probiotics, and closely monitored and cared for by animal husbandry and veterinarians. Our chickens are delivered fresh, never frozen!
Naturally raised for 38 days, our Spring Chicken is known for its delicate, tender and lean meat. Whether you're preparing a classic roast, a stir-fry, or a grilled dish, you can count on our Spring Chicken to stay moist throughout—yes, even the breast!
With smaller family sizes in our modern age, we're now introducing our new GG™ AnXin Whole Spring Chicken into our lineup!
For you who don’t know how to clean a fresh whole chicken, don’t worry! We clean all chickens + include neck and feet by default, do let us know if you would prefer otherwise!
- Nails will be removed

Serving Suggestions: Roast over a bed of vegetables for a quick and simple meal! Alternatively, the spring chicken's smaller size makes it air-fryer friendly.
Storage Guide:
- Chiller: Up to 5 days as we vacuum pack your chicken, which extends the shelf life conservatively by 50% (usually it’s 3 days for non-vacuumed chickens)
- Freezer: Up to 6 months
Pro Tip for Safe Handling: Don’t wash the chicken before cooking; washing may cause dangerous bacteria like Salmonella to splash around your kitchen. If you insist on washing chicken meat, consider doing so in a sink of water rather than under a running tap. However, we recommend cooking the chicken without washing it to minimise any risk of cross-contamination.
Special Remarks:
- We are only able to remove skin for boneless chicken items.
- Please note that the size of the chicken may vary since they are organically & naturally grown.
- Colour variations in our organic AnXin Chickens are completely natural and acceptable as they are fed a holistic mixture of corn, soy, vitamins, organic selenium, orgacids, origadia and glucosamine.
Weight: Approx. 500g per bird. Weight may vary between 400-600g. Weight indicated is BEFORE cleaning.
