Our Handmade Seafood Dumplings feature our proprietary blend of springy seafood and chicken mince for extra meaty texture - wrapped in a golden skin, ready for the air fryer. Once cooked to a delightful crisp, they are simply wonderful when enjoyed with a dip into some mayonnaise. Addictive doesn’t even begin to cover it.

We are proud to share that Quan Shui’s Handmade Seafood Dumpling has been replicated with Uncle Oh's original recipe, but with slight adjustments based on our own R&D and interpretation of how we'd love for the taste to be moving forward!
Committed to preserving Uncle Oh's 6 decade legacy, our Quan Shui’s Handmade Dim Sum range are handcrafted from scratch every morning using quality ingredients, and then immediately blast frozen to maintain freshness.

Recommended Preparation Method - Air-fry

Preheat your air fryer for 5 minutes at 200°C.

Air-fry the Seafood Dumplings for 5 minutes, then break them apart and flip them to the other side. Continue cooking for another 5 minutes, depending on how crispy or charred you like your dumplings. Heating time may vary based on the appliance used.

Storage Guide: Keep frozen. Once opened, please reseal in a freezer-safe container for optimal storage. After thawing, please heat and consume immediately. See packaging for expiration date. They can be kept for up to 1 year.
